Health coaching session which will include:

What is your vision for your health? Through guided partnership, an assessment of your health focus and development of health goals will be explored over five 30 minute sessions.

This is a client centered approach to developing a beneficial plan for your health.

Option 2: The Journey to Heal

You will receive monthly 30 minute 1:1 sessions with Carla to discuss health goals and nutrition needs, You will also be part of a welcoming community of women from different walks of life who genuinely support and encourage each other. Plus, you will have access to recipes, curated meal plans, and simple practical health tips to help you stay consistent.

Option 3: Ongoing Subscription

4 Month curated monthly wellness products sent to you. You will receive monthly 30 minute 1:1 sessions with Carla to discuss health goals and nutrition needs, You will also be part of a welcoming community of women from different walks of life who genuinely support and encourage each other. Plus, you will have access to recipes, curated meal plans, and simple, practical health tips to help you stay consistent.

POWER HOUR

One hour of coaching on a specific health/nutrition goal. You will leave this session feeling empowered on your health needs. This is a session dedicated to developing a vision around your wellness journey.

  • Healing using the use of foods that help support an overall healthy lifestyle.

  • First and foremost, please consult your medical practitioner before incorporating holistically healing and eating into your diet. Healing foods are meant to help and support your healthy journey but not to replace necessary medications or doctor suggested routines.

  • Results may vary based on each individual and their needs. However, usually results can be felt around weeks 2 or 3 if the healing routine is followed as suggested.

  • No, but you will most likely have to limit certain foods.

  • Yes, exercise is wonderful to implement in your healing eating journey.

  • Yes, you can expect a shift in energy. You may find yourself tired initially which could be due to the detox or elimination of certain foods that you need to heal from. Once you begin to heal, and are immersed in the journey, your energy level should noticeably increase.

  • Unless instructed to detox, you will be eating about 2-3 meals a day and with the addition of healthy snacks in between meals. Healthier foods keep you fuller longer so you may find that you are not as hungry in between meals.

  • Yes, if the child is 6 or older and with doctor and parental consent.
